Shipping policy
Our products are shipped out daily via FedEx or UPS. If you experience a problem with a damaged shipment, please contact FedEx or UPS. If your package does not arrive, please check the tracking number for shipment updates. If the content of your package does not match your purchase confirmation, please email us right away at help@goodthinkingfoods.com.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous states of the United States, and Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship to P.O. boxes as well as APO/DPO addresses for orders whose final destination is within the 48 contiguous states, Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship to FPO, international locations, United States territories and protectorates.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges vary and exact charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check order status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within the estimated timeframe provided in your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at help@goodthinkingfoods.com with your name and order number.
